Teams may register by completing the online registration and submitting with full payment or a $500 non-refundable deposit. Payments may be made by credit card or ACH bank transaction. If only submitting the deposit upon registration, the remaining balance will automatically be processed on November 1, 2026 using the credit card on file. If you need to change the credit card information, please do so through your account online.

The AA Divisions feature a 5-game guarantee for all participating teams. Game schedules vary based on team location:

• Local teams: May begin play as early as Tuesday evening and should anticipate playing on Wednesday.
• Traveling teams: Will begin play on Thursday.

Rec Divisions

All teams are guaranteed 4 games. Local teams may begin playing as early as Wednesday. Please note that no Rec division teams will have games on Thanksgiving Day.

Teams traveling from outside 60 miles will be required to stay in an approved tournament hotel. Information on available hotels can be found below.

All games will be scored using GAMESHEET scoring system

Please include a link to your team's official USA Hockey or Team Canada roster when registering your team. The Team ID number listed on your official roster will be used to upload every team's roster into the scoring system. Your official roster should include the jersey number and position for each player.
