With over a decade of experience learning cutting-edge training techniques, Matt blends his expertise in soccer and multi-sport performance to develop athletes both physically and mentally. A former NCAA Division I soccer player, Matt is committed to impacting athletes' lives in the gym and beyond, inspiring them with his favorite quote: “Don’t give up; don’t ever give up.” – Jimmy V.
Sterling Joseph, Founder & Sports Performance Coach
Education & Certifications: NASM, ACE, AFAA, ISSA, NSCA, and ACSM (over 100 hours of training annually); SafeSport
Background: With a career spanning decades, Sterling is a recognized authority in youth athletic development and sports performance. His innovative, functional training methods have helped athletes achieve Olympic success, college scholarships, and state titles. Sterling emphasizes confidence building, injury prevention, and performance enhancement, particularly for athletes returning from injuries like ACL surgery. His motto: “It’s training time!”

Background: A former collegiate soccer player with a 19-year soccer career, Madi is passionate about helping athletes optimize performance and prevent injuries. As a fitness professional since 2021, she excels at empowering athletes and the general population to move confidently and perform their best.

Background: A former Tier 1 AAA and collegiate hockey player, Sam has over 130 games of college hockey experience and is deeply rooted in Colorado's youth hockey community. Currently an assistant coach at the University of Colorado, Sam is eager to bring his expertise in hockey skills development and performance training to Team Speed.
