YOUR ROLE IN LOCKER ROOM SAFETY

Ensure every athlete feels safe, respected, and supported. Locker room monitoring protects privacy, prevents misconduct, and builds trust.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Two Deep Rule: Two screened adults present at all times
• Same-Gender Monitoring: Match athleles' gender where permisible
• No Cell Phones or Cameras: Strictly prohibited
• Privacy First: Athletes change in private areas only
• SafeSport Compliance: All monitors must complete training and pass a background screen

WHAT TO WATCH FOR

• Unscreened adults entering locker rooms
• Cell phone use or photography near athletes
• Confusion about gender monitoring roles
• Failure to document and report concerns
