• 8:15-8:30 am - Arrive at rink
• 9:00-10:00 am - Skating (edge work, power skating, stride work, backwards)
• 10:15 - 11:15 am - Transferrable Skills (Simple general skills and advanced game concept skills)
• 11:30 am - 12:30 pm – Off-ice workout with Team Speed.
• 12:30 - 1:30 pm - Lunch(must bring your own lunch)
• 1:45 - 2:45 pm - Small Area Games(this is how hockey IQ is built.)
• 3:00 pm - Player Pick up

This camp is designed for players with prior hockey experience and is not suitable for beginners. Please contact us if you have any questions about whether this camp is the right fit for your player.

LHA staff reserves the right to turn away players if they do not meet the requirements. No refund will be given.

Littleton Hockey Director

Jason brings extensive coaching experience to LHA, having worked with Tier II and Tier I players, as well as high-end junior athletes and NCAA players. His background developing elite-level players gives him a strong understanding of the skills, habits, and mindset required for long-term success. Over the last decade Jason has led multiple teams to State Championships as well as USA Hockey Nationals.

Jason focuses on building strong skating foundations, puck skills, and hockey IQ, while creating a positive and competitive environment for players to grow. He is passionate about helping athletes develop confidence, compete habits, and a lasting love for the game.

Littleton Hockey's Programs Director

Jason Gour brings over a decade of high-level coaching experience to Littleton Hockey Association and has established himself as a proven leader in player development. In his 13 years behind the bench, Jason has helped lead teams to eight USA Hockey National Championship appearances, capturing one National Championship and earning medals on three occasions.

Jason has extensive experience working with high-end junior and NCAA Division I and III athletes, giving him a strong understanding of the development path required to reach the next level. His coaching focuses on building strong fundamentals, hockey IQ, and compete habits, while creating an environment that challenges players to grow both on and off the ice.

Jason is passionate about developing confident, disciplined players and helping them reach their full potential.

Littleton Hockey's 8U Director,

Harry Golden is the youngest member of the Littleton Hockey Association coaching staff and brings a modern, high-skill perspective to player development. As a former Tier I player, Harry understands the pace, skill, and habits required to compete at elite levels and connects naturally with players through his relatable and energetic coaching style.

Harry served as an assistant coach alongside Coach Jason Gour during the team’s National Championship season, contributing to the development and preparation of players on the national stage. He is passionate about skill development, with a strong focus on skating, puck control, and building confidence in young athletes.

Harry is dedicated to helping players improve, compete, and develop a lasting love for the game.

Littleton Hockey CRHL Director

Jesse Shelton brings high-level playing experience and strong leadership to Littleton Hockey Association. As a former captain in the NAHL, Jesse understands what it takes to lead, compete, and perform at an elite level. His experience competing against top junior players helps him prepare athletes for the demands of higher levels of hockey.

Jesse is known for pushing players to their limits while holding them accountable to high standards. His coaching emphasizes compete level, defensive responsibility, and building the habits necessary for long-term success.

He is passionate about developing disciplined, confident players and helping them reach their full potential both on and off the ice.
