Goalie Summer Camp

The LHA Goaltending Summer Skate is a camp that touches the ice twice a week and is built to develop goaltenders skating, puck tracking, and coordination skills. This camp will be split into two different groups. The groups will be placed by skill level offering a more in depth route for development. The first skate will be an evaluation skate. Players will then be placed in to their respective group.

This camp will be run by Dillon Whalen.

This summer goaltending development camp is open for all goaltenders for 2010 through 2015 birth years.

Group 1- Tuesdays and Fridays from 5:00 to 6:00 PM

Group 2- Tuesdays and Fridays from 6:15 to 7:15 PM

Practices

Practices include full group and station-based goalie-specific skating techniques to proper angle play, and body control. Our training is designed to improve players agility, coordination, stance, technique and concentration with an emphasis on the importance of correct position in the net.
