Hockey Development & Operations Council (HDOC)
The Hockey Development & Operations Council (HDOC) is a key part of Littleton Hockey Association’s commitment to enhancing communication, transparency, and support across all levels of play. This council is composed of staff and dedicated volunteers who work together to guide the planning and execution of LHA’s hockey programs — from player development and coaching support to team structure and season operations.
Introducing the Level Representative Role
As part of this structure, Level Representatives serve as vital liaisons between families, coaches, and LHA leadership. These volunteer leaders support each age level and team grouping by helping resolve questions, monitoring team dynamics, and ensuring every family has a voice. Level Representatives play a key role in strengthening our community and ensuring a positive experience for all players.
