Coaches Meetings

All of these coaches meeting will be via Zoom. Brian or Kyle will be sending out the zoom links the week of the meeting. We do require one member of your coaching staff to be present at each meeting. The goal is to give everyone some extra tools and use ideas from everyone to build their own identity as a coach or coaching staff.

October 12th- Ice Utilization, Skill Development, and Team Chemistry.

October 26th- Goalie Development

November 9th- Developing Defenseman

November 23rd- Developing Forwards

December 7th- Tactics and small area games

December 14th- Systems: D-zone, back-check, breakouts, N-zone, and N-zone fore-check

January 4th- Systems: O-zone, fore-check, and possession.

January 18th- Power-play and Penalty kill

February 1st- Playoff push
